    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using OxServers services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Description of Services

    OxServers LTD provides web hosting services including but not limited to shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, domain registration, and related technical support services.

    3. User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete registration information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
    • Not engage in any activity that could harm our infrastructure or other users
    • Not host illegal, harmful, or offensive content

    4. Payment Terms

    Services are billed according to the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

    5. Service Level Agreement

    We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. In the event of service disruptions caused by our infrastructure, affected customers may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA.

    6. Data Protection

    We take data protection seriously and implement industry-standard security measures. However, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend regular backups of all important files and databases.

    7. Termination

    Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice. Upon termination, you will have a grace period to retrieve your data before it is permanently deleted from our servers.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    OxServers LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our platform.
